1.      Student should be willing to shift to any city in India. This is a primary requirement. You can tell your preference but you say you’re unwilling to shift any place elsewhere, you will not be selected.

CONCLUDING HR QUESTIONS

1.       Do you know the service agreement policy ?

1.      They are basically asking you about Cognizant Bond period, a period that you will have necessarily work in Cognizant if you join them. This period is about 1 month and you have to pay about 1.5Lakhs if you leave before without serving 1 month notice period.

2.       Interview told me Your employment with CTS is subject to background check do you know that?

3.       Are you comfortable with moving to some other city for job?

4.       Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

These were the question those were asked from me:

1.    Introduce yourself.

2.    Name and explain any new technology that you had studied recently. (In my case block-chain explanation)

3.    Differentiate between traditional and newer storage technique.

4.    Real world example of all the OOPS concept.

5.     Difference between array and linked list.

6.    Cross questioning on the technology that I had answered earlier.

7.    Explain the concepts of deep learning.

8.    Explain the key concepts of Hadoop(Big Data Storage).

9.    In which programming language are you comfortable.

10.  Asked 2-3 basic question of C++.

11.  Asked me to write a code to check a number is prime or not with least complexity.

12.  Asked me to write a code for the given star pattern.

Then he got into my projects and questioned me regarding them and around 8-10 question my projects and told me to explain the one that I had upon recently. I had around 5 project (2 were in java, 1 in python, 1 in C++ and last one was game development using augmented reality).

Lucky for me the person who was taking my interview for very friendly. It was a 20-30 minutes long technical. About 350 students were shortlisted for the HR interview.

Round 3: HR INTERVIEW

It was quick round and took hardly 5-10 minutes to complete. The interviewer was just their to check the confidence level and verbal communication level. Finally I was shortlisted.
